Juniper Research, a Europe-based business intelligence provider, released a new report assessing 17 players in the CCaaS space on capacity and capability, as well as product and positioning. Twilio ranked high in all areas, earning the title of “Established Leader.” The firm commends Twilio on its intelligent routing and performance tracking, which are essential in supporting enterprise adoption of omnichannel customer engagement. 
 
“Twilio’s ability to provide a comprehensive product suite will allow it to provide crucial differentiation in a highly competitive market, as enterprises will choose their preferred solution based on the comprehensiveness of these suits,” said Elisha Sudlow-Poole, research analyst at Juniper Research.
