Maciej has 12+ years of experience successfully leading tech teams in startup environments. As founding CTO alongside Damian, Maciej built and successfully exited Axwave to Disney backed Samba TV. Maciej built and managed Axwave’s infrastructure which processed >1 billion data points per second around the clock. Maciej has a double degree in Software Engineering and Economics. Secured 8 patents during his time at Axwave.
