Jenny joined Twilio in September 2021, and has been leading product management for the Twilio US A2P 10DLC program since then.
Prior to Twilio, Jenny was a Senior Manager for Cloud and AI product strategy at Microsoft, where she focused on identifying and filling product gaps in Azure, Dynamics CRM, and other developer products. Jenny lives in New York now and is an avid museum-goer
